Generators

A generator is the general name for a machine that convert mechanical energy, through a rotating shaft into electrical energy. The mechanical rotating shaft is often driven by a fuelmotor. By energizing the field of the generator a voltage will be generated in the coils of the stator. This voltage can be regulated by an AVR [Automatic Voltage Regulator].

Van Bodegraven Electric Motors have both DC- and AC-generators on stock for sale and/or rental. For maintaining or overhaul of your own generator(s)  please contact our workshop, they for sure can help you.
